Chef Timothy Keller

About the Chef…

Chef Timothy Keller spent his childhood in Davis, California, a small town North of San Francisco. As a boy, Keller was submersed in a world known for its agricultural excellence. As Keller grew older it was no surprise that he would have a deep appreciation for fine foods and the farming community. It was this love, passion and dedication that took Keller to San Francisco. There he worked at several top restaurants one of which had the most “buzz” in the city, The Flying Saucer. It was while teaming up with Chef Albert Torjman and Vernon Morales (chef of Winterland) when Keller’s true visions began to take shape. After a tough stint at the Saucer, Chef Keller teamed with renowned pastry chef, Dana Heard.

The two opened Firefly Restaurant in Ashland, Oregon, which combined international flavors with a Picasso, meets Nirvana presentation. With bold flavors and fun sophistication, Chef Keller took the eater to a truly unique dinning experience.

Chef Keller will now be serving his New American~French Farm to Table Cuisine in our Carriage House restaurant. Chef Keller’s open kitchen will allow diners to take part in Keller’s art.

Quotes from Chef Timothy Keller:

“You have to have passion in everything you do…”
“This doesn’t mean you work too hard, it means you love too much.”
