Due to open spring of 2008. Executive Chef Tim Keller, known for his artistic presentation and complex flavors, looks forward to dazzling guests with his eclectic cuisine in this modern restaurant with classic flair.

The Oregonian wrote of Chef Keller and his former restaurant The Firefly: “Somehow it not only works but dazzles: the place could also describe itself as world class - or as one of the most striking restaurants in the Northwest”. Chef Keller has also received high accolades from such publications as Gourmet Magazine and Bon Appetite.

This latest venture, The Carriage House Restaurant, is located in historic, Jacksonville, Oregon on the beautiful Nunan Estate property. This restaurant will soon offer an open kitchen were guests can view the behind the scenes cooking and excitement, a full bar and lounge as well as a smaller more intimate, fine dinning room.
